There’s just one day to go before the four-week national lockdown begins.

And Donna Air appeared to be in good spirits while queuing outside an upmarket women’s clothes shop in Notting Hill, west London, on Tuesday.

The actress, 41, looked effortlessly chic in an understated knee-length black jacket as she ran errands.

The mother-of-one paired her light blue skinny jeans with black heeled wellington-style boots following a week of rainy spells in the capital.

The blonde stylishly bundled up from the crisp autumnal weather in an oversized purple and grey scarf as she kept one hand tucked in her pocket.

She accessorised her casual outfit with a large, puffed black tote bag, which she wore loosely slung over her shoulder.

Donna wore her golden tresses pulled back away from her face in a low ponytail and opted for low-key make-up look to match her daytime attire.

The TV presenter’s outing came with one-day to go until the second national lockdown comes into force on Thursday, and is set to last for four weeks.

The lockdown restrictions will see all non-essential shops close, leading to a frenzy of people running errands and shopping before this week’s tightening of measures.

Donna previously revealed that she has been left with ‘brain fog’ and memory loss after contracting coronavirus earlier this year.

She told her fans on Twitter that she had tested positive for coronavirus at the end of March, writing: ‘I hope everyone is managing to stay strong and in relatively good spirits during the lockdown.

‘I just wanted to let you know developed mild flu like symptoms and started self isolating 18 days ago, I took a test for some clarity & the results tested positive for Covid19.

‘Thankfully symptoms improved shortly after and my loved ones are not displaying any signs of the virus.

‘I will continue to follow government guidelines & in the meantime I am sending masses of love to you all, especially those on the front line.’

Last month, Donna said that she believed contracting the virus left her with memory loss.

The actress took to Twitter to voice her concerns, sharing an article discussing Covid-19 survivors feeling like they ‘had dementia’.

She explained: ‘Since contracting Covid-19 back in March, I have developed some brain fog and random memory loss (very different to anything experienced before) It’s seems I am not alone! Has anyone else noticed these symptoms?’

Actor Paul Tonkinson replied: ‘One of my mates has developed this. Hope you recover fully in time.’

Donna, who began her TV career at the age of ten on children’s series Byker Grove, returned to screens this year in hit BBC drama The Split.

She shares a daughter Freya, 17, with multi-millionaire conservationist Damian Aspinall, 60, who she was in a six-year relationship with until 2007.

The media personality has since been linked to the Duchess of Cambridge’s brother, James Middleton, 33, whose on-and-off romance ended in 2017.

She then dated Ben Carrington but it was revealed in August last year that she had split from the Harrow-educated property developer.
