Dressed casually, the 40-year-old at one stage crossed his arms in apparent frustration while speaking into the receiver.

The former reality star was dressed down in a pair of black jeans and a loose grey jumper.
The personal trainer added a pair of yellow and green Nike sneakers and a brown belt to the ensemble.

After their meal Sam was treated with a Peppa Pig birthday cake.
He explained that the very unexpected and girly creation was chosen by his daughter Willow.
