The 45-year-old actor has made the ‘1920s Spanish compound’ available through Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland, as reported by The Dirt on Wednesday.
To reside within the confines of the 5,334 square-foot abode, a potential tenant is expected to fork over $45,000 a month, along with a $135,000 deposit.

The outlet noted that the property was ‘painstakingly and expensively restored, updated and expanded’ by its past celebrity owner Ben Stiller.
He enlisted the help of New York-based architecture firm Roman & Williams to bring the interior and exterior of the nearly half an acre property to life.

Stiller ditched the property in 2011, selling it to England-born action star Jason Statham. Statham would then go on to pass the property onto Galecki four years later.
The 1920s ‘compound’ consists of a total of five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, with three of the bedrooms in the ‘main house’ and the other two residing in the ‘guest house.’
Despite being in a highly populated area of Los Angeles, the property creates an illusion of seclusion with its electronic driveway that leads directly towards a cozy two car garage.
