Mixed signals! Hilarious snaps reveal warning signs give off entirely the wrong message
- FEMAIL showcases some of the funniest warning and information signs people have seen around the world
- Although well-meaning some signs end up being funnier than they are helpful thanks to hilarious mistakes
- One picture shows a bird on a no bird sign while another advises customers to open the door before entering
Warning signs are put in place to give useful pointers and usually don’t warrant much further attention, but sometimes the person creating them makes such a blunder they end up being more hilarious than helpful.
Drivepedia has shared a selection of very amusing notices spotted by people around the world, that delivered rather the wrong message.
One pharmacy, for example, seemed to be warning customers not to walk into the glass door, but missed the mark by advising them to ‘open the door before entering’.
Another changed the meaning entirely by missing just one letter, declaring: ‘Illegally parked cars will be fine’.
Self-explanatory: This shop owner felt it necessary to explain how doors work, with this sign encouraging customers to open the door before trying to walk in
