Davina Rankin has dropped an incredible 10kg over the past year, thanks to a new plant-based diet.
The former Married At First Sight star and mother-of-one showed off her impressive weight loss on Instagram on Monday, stripping off into a racy white one piece.
The 30-year-old newly-engaged star posed up for a mirror selfie and declared that she’s ‘feeling the best she’s ever felt’ thanks to her fitness and diet overhaul.

‘This year I’ve made some major changes to my lifestyle and so happy to be feeling the best I’ve ever felt, and 10kgs lighter than my heaviest last year. WOO,’ she wrote online.
Davina said her weight loss was down to going plant-based, but she initially only went plant-based due to gut and skin issues.
‘I’ve intuitively made changes to my diet, not for any other reason other than it makes me feel great,’ she said.
‘This year I’ve made some major changes to my lifestyle and so happy to be feeling the best I’ve ever felt, and 10kgs lighter than my heaviest last year. WOO,’ she wrote online
‘Going mainly plant-based really wasn’t for any other reason than to help ease some skin issues and gut issues.. and it has, plus more.’
Davina said she’s signed onto a new program, called Mindnbodynutrition for some ‘professional support.’
She then gave fans a discount code to help them sign up to the online coaching program.

In addition to being a successful influencer and events planner, the brunette is now a published children’s author.
She’s also now a busy mother to 15-month-old daughter Mila-Mae, who she shares with Jaxon.
