But there are some challenges in the way, the 36-year-old beauty told her 40-year-old sister Kim Kardashian in a teaser clip for Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ season 20 premiere which will air on Thursday.
While sitting in a swimming pool with her sibling, the Revenge Body host shared that a doctor informed her she is a high risk for carrying another baby.

The doctor also said that Khloe has an over 80 percent risk of miscarrying.
And in a shocking reveal, the Good American designer said she almost miscarried daughter True Thompson early on in her pregnancy.
Khloe leans on Kim for what her ‘next steps’ should be.
Kim carried two pregnancies (for North and Saint) and had a gestational carrier for the two others ( Chicago and Psalm).

‘I have to wait until the mixing process is done before I know how many embryos I have,’ the bikini model said.
‘But I spoke to Dr. A and she was just a little concerned about like, I did a check and blood panels and all this stuff, and she just said that I would be a high-risk carrier for a pregnancy.’
This is when the daughter of Kris Jenner says the doctor relayed she has ‘an 80-something percent chance’ that she will miscarry.
Sharing: ‘I have to wait until the mixing process is done before I know how many embryos I have,’ the bikini model said
IVF issues: ‘But I spoke to Dr. A and she was just a little concerned about like, I did a check and blood panels and all this stuff, and she just said that I would be a high-risk carrier for a pregnancy,’ she said
‘I almost miscarried with True at the beginning. But I didn’t know that was a lingering thing,’ said Khloe. True will turn age three on April 12.
Khloe says that all this is ‘shocking’ to her.
‘All I’m trying to do is bring more love into my life and into my family,’ she tells the camera.

‘And it just…I seem to be running into more and more roadblocks and it’s really hard for me to digest.’
Then Kim steps in and says she thinks Khloe may want to try a surrogate.
The Selfish author – who is in the process of divorcing husband of seven years Kanye West, says reminds her sister that she had ‘the best experience with surrogacy.’
And the KKW Fragrance founder added: ‘And I think that you know what giving birth feels like. I always say, if you can do it like, it’s such an amazing experience. But you’ll see that the love that you have for your kids is exactly the same.’

Kim says there is no difference to having a carrier but Khloe says she thinks using a surrogate can be ‘really scary.’
Back in her confessional, Khloe says she is grateful that there are other options but she loved being pregnant with True.
‘It’s such a beautiful experience to have. Knowing I’d might never get to feel like that again, it’s daunting, it’s scary, it’s stressful and it breaks my heart,’ added the star.
