‘Yep she’s def got some issues there, she even corrected his English, what a sad person,’ one fan tweeted.

Another added in part of their comment: ‘He needs [to] pack his bags and RUN!!! The poor guy – very bad match making on MAFS’ part. He deserves so much better.’

One fan joked: ‘Poor guy. He probably tried to climb out the toilet window but couldn’t make it so had to go back out there to her… he is a lovely soul, didn’t deserve to be spoken to like that.’

After Tuesday’s episode, fans compared Jaimie to fellow bride, Rebecca Zemek, with one writing: ‘Jaime [sic] seems like the nicer version of Bec.’

During the episode, the pair were out at a restaurant when they sat down for a chat and answered questions from the honesty box.

‘You’re asking me a question…’ Chris trailed off, before Jaimie had a go at the way he spoke.

‘What do I get to do? In English?’ she snarkily replied.

Chris spoke to camera about the shocking incident and said he would never ‘highlight someone’s problems.’

‘Jaimie has been pulling me up saying I can’t talk properly,’ Chris said.

‘I left school early and I’m never going to be a CEO of a company, but I’m a good man and I’m a father of two beautiful daughters and I’m not one to highlight someone’s problems,’ he said.

Shortly after, Jaimie called Chris a ‘dirty grot’ after he got back from the bathroom, having asked him if he washed his hands.

‘You didn’t wash your hands. Yuck! It’s gross,’ she said.

Sitting back down on the couch alongside Jaimie, Chris insisted that he had washed his hands while in the bathroom.

‘Let me smell them… You didn’t,’ she responded coolly.

‘Oh my God! That is weird. Yes, I did. I washed my hands,’ Chris insisted.

Jaimie then asked him what he’d used, and was left further angered when Chris told her he’d used ‘water’.

‘There’s f**king soap for a reason, you dirty grot! That is not okay,’ she yelled.

Chris later said he didn’t want to engage in any ‘bad banter’, and said he felt like Jaimie was just ‘disappointed with who’s standing in front of her’.

‘Oof, it’s so unattractive,’ added Jaimie as she turned away from Chris.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Jaimie for comment, in relation to this story.
