The cast of HBO Max’s highly-anticipated Gossip Girl reboot returned to some rather familiar steps as production continued in New York City.
Emily Alyn Lind, Jordan Alexander, Zion Moreno and Savannah Smith were seen hanging out on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Tuesday.
The stars of the original Gossip Girl series, such as Blake Lively and Leighton Meester, often hung out and ate lunch on the MOMA steps, which were across the street from their elite private school.

The four cast members all had different variations on the typical school girl outfit for their lunch on the steps.
Lind was rocking a comfy sweater over her white dress shirt with a black women’s bowtie. with black leggings under her black skirt and heeled boots.
Alexander rocked black sunglasses with her untucked white dress shirt, black tie, black skirt and black sneakers.

Smith opted for a white turtleneck with a gold women’s bowtie, black shirt, white socks and black strappy heels.
Moreno wore a unique white top with a bowtie plus a black skirt, knee-high brown boots with a brown coat draped over her shoulders.
Other cast members were spotted on the set as well, including Evan Mock, who had an untucked white dress shirt under a yellow hoddie and blue coat, with brown pants and white sneakers while holding a skateboard.

He was seen chatting Eli Brown and Whitney Peak, who were seen getting close on the steps.
Brown was wearing an orange sweater over his white dress shirt and tie, and under a blue coat with a brown backpack, brown pants and grey work boots.
Peak was wearing a colorful sweater over her white top with a black skirt and brown workboots.

The Gossip Girl reboot is set eight years after the original Gossip Girl website went dark, following a new generation of New York City private school teenagers.
These new cast members are introduced to the ‘social surveillance’ of the mysterious Gossip Girl as it turns their lives upside down.
The show will address just how much social media, and New York City itself, has changed in the years since the original went off the air in 2012.
