Davina Rankin is one of Married At First Sight’s most controversial stars.
But these days, the former reality TV ‘villain’ is a children’s book author who says motherhood and ‘positive affirmations’ have changed her life.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, the 29-year-old said: ‘Affirmations have always played a really big part in my life, just for helping with stress and anxiety and putting myself in a positive mindset for the day’.

Davina is now a busy mother to 15-month-old daughter Mila-Mae, who she shares with her partner of three years, fiancé Jaxon Manuel.
Regarding whether the pair plan to walk down the aisle soon, Davina told the paper she is in no hurry – despite the pair initially planning to wed in mid-2019.
‘We definitely speak about it. It’s not a massive deal for us. It’s not a make or break for me, I’m really happy with where we are and when that happens it will be the cherry on the cake,’ she said.

She added: ‘Right now I’m happy just focusing on [Mila-Mae] and giving her the best start of life as possible but you never know.’
