The rapper, 29, and several cohorts were seen casually shopped for sneakers at a streetwear store on Wednesday.
DaBaby, born Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, had on a black bucket hat, a long-sleeve Burberry shirt, and cargo pants.

The BOP hitmaker made his way around the streetwear store with his cellphone in hand.
In court documents filed in Los Angeles, 64-year-old Gary Pagar claimed he was ‘beat, punched, spat on, threatened, shoved, and robbed’ by DaBaby and his crew in confronting the rapper over the terms of their rental agreement.
Pagar, said that he had rented the home to DaBaby for the purposes of ‘a private vacation’ with nine friends for an agreed-upon fee of $43,706.

Pagar said in legal docs that the entertainer violated the terms by shooting a music video at the abode instead, which included about 40 people, including a film crew.
Pagar said that when he confronted the rapper on the day of the December 2, 2020 shoot, he was thrown to the ground by an associate of the rapper identified in court docs as DOE 1.
About 30 people were on hand at the time of the incident, Pagar said, and no one came to his aid amid the onslaught from his much-larger attacker.
The Charlotte, North Carolina native was seen in a nearby convertible in the clip as the confrontation unfolded.

Pagar told the court that the rapper exited the vehicle to ‘taunt, threaten and punch’ him, stole his phone, and threatened him not to call the police.
He told the court DaBaby ‘sucker-punched’ him in the face in a ‘cowardly and despicable act,’ bloodying him and knocking out his tooth.
Pagar – who told the court his tooth was knocked out in the incident – said after he contacted authorities, DaBaby and his associates ‘fled the scene leaving behind a damaged house and stealing valuable kitchenware as they left.’
Pagar is asking for $117,910.48 in damages for the incident, as he said the upholstery and floor on the property were also defaced, a sculpture was broken and garbage was all over the place.

In other social media clips of the property, the rapper’s associates are seen brandishing large sets of firearms on the premises.
Also linked to the incident is Jake Paul, who was on hand for the video shoot, seated in a red convertible. Paul did not get physically involved in the skirmish.
