Alongside the candid post, she wrote: ‘Just a little reminder that the bodies we so desperately attempt to look like don’t even exist!

‘Nobody can look like the left 100% of the time it is impossible!’ (sic)

The TV personality explained that in the first pic her leggings were ‘pulled up as high as possible’, her ‘hips tiled back’ with her ‘legs semi-open to show a thigh gap’.

Holly then posed with her ‘arm up and tensed to avoid armpit fat’.

The beauty joked: ‘oh and don’t breath’ (sic) with a laughing face emoji.

In the second image, wearing the exact same outfit, Holly stood in a natural pose, which was captioned ‘relaxed’.

She explained: ‘I’ve come along way on my fitness journey but I’ve accepted I’m never going to look like the left my whole life.

‘That image and the images you see on social media are 1 single second of a posed photo!

‘There’s absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to pose and look our best! But accepting how you look the other 99.9% of the time is more important.’ (sic)

Holly also took to her Instagram story to explain how she used to get accused of photoshopping her social media images.

She said: ‘I used to get accused of photoshop so much but there’s so much to be said for a hip tilt and holding your breath.’

Last month, the star admitted she is ‘pretty sick’ of living up to expectations as she shared two drastically different images taken just two seconds apart.

Holly said: ‘Good a**e or good angle? 2 seconds apart. The left (what I choose to show you) – top toes, bent forward, wedgie The right (what I choose not to show you) – stood natural, no wedgie.

‘I’ve been trying to live up to the expectations of the left image my whole life and I’m pretty sick of it.’

‘You will notice I ALWAYS wear trousers or a cover up on holiday unless it’s a posed picture I’ve taken myself because I knew if I got papped I would look different.

‘When I have been papped unexpectedly in bad lighting and my cellulite showing i would get accusations of photoshopping. But again this image shows just how much it is about angles, posing and lighting.’

Discussing her weight battle, Holly said: ‘I’ve fluctuated in weight my whole life, and even tried to enhance my bum in the quest for ‘perfection’ that I would see on people’s photos that doesn’t even exist!

‘Leaving me looking worse than I looked before and wider than I’d ever been.’

‘Ive lost over 13cm from my bum since I started training properly and it’s pretty much back to where it was 5 years ago.

‘My bums not tight and toned, I have banana rolls and cellulite. It’s actually probably more of a square than it is round.’ (sic)

Reassuring her followers, she said: ‘That kind of fluctuation is not going to come without some jiggle and lose skin. So when you see these images like the left on social media remember thats how we look 1% of the time for 1 minute.

‘When you’re moaning about how you don’t look like the people on social media.. neither do we.’
