Lara Worthington (née Bingle) flaunted her incredibly fit physique during a beach photo shoot in Sydney earlier this month.
The 33-year-old model and mother of three wore a string bikini, which showed off her rock-hard abs and lean legs.
The yellow two-piece featured a floral print, and she accessorised simply with a pendant necklace.

Kneeling on the beach with the ocean behind her, Lara pulled out a series of moves as a photographer snapped away.
A team of stylists were present, brushing sand off her shoulders and fixing her hair in between photos.

The former Bondi socialite is a mother to three young sons whom she shares with her husband of seven years, actor Sam Worthington.
The photo shoot took place less than a year after Lara gave birth to the couple’s youngest son in March last year.

Brood: ‘It’s like my body was meant to have kids, and maybe that’s why I’ve had so many and would happily have more!’ she said

Lara maintains her physique with Pilates, and in September last year announced she would be taking on a three-week at-home challenge with Fluidform Pilates.

‘I’ve never really done much of that before, I’d been more into the gym and had a trainer. But when I’m pregnant and I need to calm down a bit, Pilates has been really good,’ she explained at the time.
