Holly and Zak met when she went to his Haunted Museum in Las Vegas in 2019 and began dating soon after.

The former couple had tried to keep their relationship under wraps until fans noticed similarities between their Instagram Stories.

Holly is mother to Rainbow, seven, and Forest, four, from her marriage to Pascquale Rotella, who she split from in 2019.

The model was most famously in a relationship with Hugh Hefner from 2002 to 2009, living with him in the Playboy Mansion with his other girlfriends.

Holly starred on E! reality series The Girls Next Door, documenting her life as one of Hefner’s girlfriends alongside Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson.

It comes after the news that Holly is set to be portrayed by Australian actress Samara Weaving in a limited series based on her memoir Down The Rabbit Hole.

The model previously took to her Instagram account to share the news about Samara’s involvement in the forthcoming show and to let her followers know that she was happy about the decision.

She wrote in the post’s caption, ‘I couldn’t be more thrilled with this casting.’

A network is yet to be attached to the series, which will be shopped to streaming services and premium cable networks, Just Jared reported.

Samara, who is the niece of Lord of the Rings star Hugo Weaving, got her break on Australian television playing the role of Indigo Walker for about five years on Channel Seven’s soap Home and Away from 2009.

She has since starred on the TV series Picnic at Hanging Rock, Hollywood and SMILF.
