They recently welcomed their first child, a son named Tait, into the world.
And on Tuesday, Dane Swan, 36, and his girlfriend Taylor Wilson were every inch the doting parents as they enjoyed a relaxed stroll with their newborn.
The proud couple were all smiles as they cooed over their one week old son during the family outing in Melbourne.

The former AFL star looked casual in a pink and white tie dye T-shirt and grey shorts.
He combined the look with a pair of sneakers and a white hat while he held two bags during the outing.
His girlfriend Taylor, looked comfortable wearing a t-shirt and grey shorts, along with a red jumper.

She accessorised her look with a pair of white sneakers and sunglasses to shield her from the sun.
The new mother beamed as she pushed her newborn in a pram.
The outing comes one week after the former Collingwood star announced the birth of their baby boy.

Dane shared the happy news during an interview with KIIS FM’s Jase & PJ breakfast show on February 15.
‘We had [the baby] on Saturday. He’s good. Mum and baby are healthy, happy and a little tired,’ Dane said.
Dane went on to say that Taylor ‘has also been amazing so far, which has been great’.

‘She was only in labour for 90 minutes. Her midwife and the gynecologist didn’t even make it,’ he added.
‘She did it all natural without any drugs. She was pretty incredible.’
Dane first surprised listeners of KIIS FM’s Jase & PJ show when he announced Taylor’s pregnancy on November 27.
Dane and Taylor have been dating since 2010.
