Former Big Brother star Krystal Hipwell works out with her four-month-old son Huska… two months after former Bachelor Tim Robards was slammed for doing the same

Krystal Hipwell has mastered the art of being a multi-tasking new mum, including her four-month-old son, Huska, in her home workouts.

The 34-year-old former Big Brother star shared a video of herself working out with her baby boy on Instagram on Monday.

It comes just two months after former Bachelor Tim Robards was criticised for doing the same with his three-month-old daughter, Elle.

‘A little Home Circuit for the Mamas who are quite literally joined at the hip with their little ones! Husky spends most of his day here #4monthsold #postpartumfitness,’ Krystal captioned the post.

She then listed off her exercises, which included sumo squats, kick backs, reverse lunges, tricep dips, curtsy lunges with side legs raises and planks.

Krystal encouraged her followers to ‘complete three rounds’, but included a ‘disclaimer’, urging new mums to check with their doctor first.

In addition to Huska, Krystal is also mum to son Sunny, six, and daughter Nakoda, two, who she shares with her husband, property developer Neil Hipwell.

And while fans were supportive of Krystal’s workout, branding her a ‘weapon’ and ‘seriously amazing’, Tim, 38, didn’t receive the same warm reception.

The former Neighbours star shared a video of himself exercising at an outdoor gym with his newborn daughter Elle strapped to his chest in December.

But many fans were unimpressed by Tim’s decision to use his daughter, who he shares with his wife of three years, Anna Heinrich, as a body weight.

‘Sorry I had to unfollow you. What you are doing with your baby makes me so nervous,’ one concerned follower commented.

‘Felt anxious watching it. Way too young,’ another agreed, while someone else added: ‘Not sure if it’s the right thing to do with a so young bub!’

After one fan suggested the Bachelor star’s child-inclusive workout was ‘not good for a baby’, Tim promptly replied: ‘[The video] was sped up don’t worry yourself.’

‘I didn’t actually do them that quick,’ he added, referring to the pull-ups he performed during the video.
