Kendall Jenner reminds fans that she still has insecurities and ‘bad days’

Kendall Jenner shared an important reminder to her followers that she still gets insecure and self-conscious about her body in a new tweet on Friday.

After a fan wrote that looking like the 25-year-old supermodel would ‘solve all’ her problems, the Vogue cover girl opened up about having ‘bad days too.’

‘i am an extremely lucky girl. appreciative of all that i have. but i want you to know i have bad days too and that i hear you!’ the reality star replied.

She continued: ‘you are beautiful just the way you are!!! it’s not always as perfect as it may seem ❤️.’ 

Jenner’s empowering message struck a chord with social media users, who wrote that they felt more ‘confident’ in their own skin after she opened up about her anxieties.  

Additionally, she interacted with a follower, who tweeted: ‘My confidence after Kenny J says she has bad days too [three chart emojis with upwards trend.]’ 

‘YESSSS MA’AM,’ Jenner wrote with a few fire emojis under her fan’s risqué mirror selfie in a tiny black crop top and just a pair of underwear.

Jenner has previously admitted to crying ‘endlessly for days because of things people have said’ about her during a candid interview with Allure.

‘I mean, don’t get me wrong: I am not superhuman. I definitely feel, and the things people say online are very hurtful. You also just have to live your life and not pay attention to it,’ she said in 2019. 

The same year, she revealed that ‘sometimes’ she gets ‘self-conscious’ about her broad shoulders, while promoting her sister Kim Kardashian’s shapewear line, SKIMS. 

In an interview with The Telegraph, she also noted that struggling not to feel as ‘sexy’ as her sisters when she was younger because they’re a ‘lot curvier’ and ‘have boobs.’  

‘I’m not necessarily a lot like them,’ she remarked. ‘I like that I have a different vibe to everyone. I like to do different things. And that’s okay.’
