The Bachelorette’s Ali Oetjen shows off her incredible figure while sharing her punishing 160-burpee workout

She has one of the best bodies in the business, but Ali Oetjen proved it doesn’t come easy.

In a post on Instagram on Thursday, the 34-year-old former Bachelorette shared a video of one of her gruelling workouts.

She also detailed the punishing workout for her fans to ‘follow along’, branding it the ‘Burpee Bonanza Workout’.

The 24-minute workout consisted of 160 burpees, and left a sweaty and out-of-breath Ali gasping: ‘I’m so dying!’   

‘Burpee Bonanza Workout! 160 BURPEES! WOD for Time! Follow along with me to complete the below in your best time possible,’ she captioned the post.

She added: ‘Warning: I wanted to be sick after & pass out after as you’ll see!’

Ali then detailed the workout, which consisted of 100 burpees, 80 air squats, 70 sit-ups, 60 tricep dips and another 50 burpees.

She then moved into a set of 40 lunges, 30 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, before finishing with another 10 burpees.  

Ali urged her followers to work at their own pace and rest as often as they needed.

Ali is renowned for being health conscious, and last month, she embarked on a fitness retreat in Byron Bay.
