Helen opened up about feeling mum guilt as she parents her two young daughters during lockdown as she wrote: ‘I turned eight months yesterday. Felt tired today.

‘I saw my midwife yesterday and have been told I have low iron which kind of makes sense as I just want to fall asleep now during the day but obviously I can’t with homeschooling and trying to do my best with Delilah.

Baby is head down now though. Found today not easy, I hate it if I shout at Matilda because I’m trying for her to do some school work.

‘Delilah had quite a few tantrums. I felt bad that I let them watch a Disney film just to have some peace and didn’t take them to the park but I didn’t have the energy for Delilahs tantrums about wearing a coat.

‘Sometimes I feel a bit overwhelmed that I’m having another in less than eight weeks but this situation that we are all in at the moment is not normal life and it will pass.’

The star said she was focused on organising before the arrival of her third baby, continuing: ‘I made a list of thing I wanted to do before the baby arrived, mostly about organising etc but when I put perspective on it it’s not really important.

‘I took this picture the other day… this was not me today.’

Helen is due to welcome her third child with fiancé Scott Sinclair, in March.

She held her youngest daughter Matilda, two, in her arms on Monday as she declared her love for her ‘green-eyed wild one’ and said she can’t believe she isn’t going to be the ‘baby of the family anymore’.

The former Coronation Street star also opened up about ‘mummy guilt’ after focusing so much attention on her eldest daughter Matilda, five, with homeschooling during the pandemic.

The mother daughter duo stared lovingly at each other as Helen captioned the post: ‘Can’t believe my little Delilah pops isn’t going to be the baby of the family anymore.

‘Had mummy guilt with Delilah recently, feel like I’m having to give Matilda so much attention with homeschooling and catching up and I really don’t want Delilah to feel pushed out before the baby arrives.

‘I can’t really put it into words but has any other mummy’s felt a bit emotional about their youngest while pregnant? Love my curly haired green eyed wild one so very much✨.’ (sic)

Last week, the mother-of-two, who played Rosie Webster in the ITV show, detailed the trials and tribulations of homeschooling, while also looking after a toddler.

Helen started off her Instagram video by explaining how Delilah is causing her stress because she ‘refuses to let me dress her’.

The thespian told how the youngster is adamant on only ever wearing two items of her favourite clothing, which Helen said is ‘stained’.

Helen said that when it comes to trying to get Delilah dressed, it’s a ‘battle’ and she added that she’s ‘so grateful’ that nurseries are still open as it would be difficult to look after a toddler while homeschooling her older child.

However, Helen’s woes were not over as she then went on to describe the hardships of homeschooling as eldest daughter Matilda recently began ‘playing up’ as she tried to teach her.

The star explained that she’s usually a ‘soft mum’ but of late she’s ‘had to be so much stricter’ with Matilda.

She continued: ‘So yesterday, I did shout at her because she just plays me up. I don’t care if she gets things wrong, obviously that’s how they learn, but obviously I do care when I’m trying to give her 100% then she’s just playing me up because she can’t be bothered.’

She added that it was ‘hard work’, but they persevered and got through it.

The expectant mum also told her followers that she had been feeling really nauseous recently and doesn’t wait to leave her house as she feels sick all the time.
