Lucy Hale wears black athletic shorts as she heads to a foot massage after hitting the gym in WeHo

She knows the importance of taking care of her physical health.

And it was just another Monday for Lucy Hale, when she was spotted in West Hollywood on various errands including hitting the gym.

The Fantasy Island star, 31, sported a chic pair of black Alo Yoga shorts while on her way to a foot massage.

She also had on a dark leopard print crop top, worn underneath a thick cream knit cardigan.

Playing up to her animal print theme, the Scream 4 actress wore leopard print slide sandals to match a dark pedicure. 

The beverage enthusiast held onto a silver reusable drinking bottle along with a separate canned beverage.

The Pretty Little Liars starlet wore rounded black sunglasses and had her raven dark hair pulled back with several earrings peering through. 

Hale was also seen grabbing a quick bite to eat on Monday and wore the same shorts with a black sweatshirt.

This time she had a patterned face mask on, but opted to wear the cloth below her mouth which rendered it completely useless. 

Lucy wore a dark LA Dodgers baseball cap and slipped her feet into black sneakers with white soles. 

The actress is very committed to her fitness goals, as she is regularly seen on trainer Adam Nicklas‘s Instagram stories. 

The buff 5ft2in beauty was seen performing reverse lunges as well as reverse leg lifts in plank on Monday at Basement Fitness. 

While public gyms at large remain closed in Los Angeles County due to the coronavirus pandemic, personal training sessions are permitted as long as participants adhere to social distancing rules.
