Fashion designer Effie Kats begs the public for help after her $63,000 Range Rover was stolen on the Mornington Peninsula

Fashion designer Effie Kats has pleaded with her Instagram followers to help her track down her stolen car.

The 30-year-old revealed on Tuesday she was in Martha Cove on the Mornington Peninsula when her white Range Rover was taken.

She explained that ‘many of her belongings’ were in the $63,000 vehicle and asked her fans in the area to keep an eye out for it.

‘My car was stolen last night in Martha Cove on the Mornington Peninsula with so many of my belongings in it as we had just been on a trip, all my handbags and shoes, camera and all my partner’s belongings etc,’ she captioned the post. 

‘If you could please share this post to help spread the word to help me get it back I would be so grateful – anyone with any info please DM me // Number plate ADH 914.’ 

She also shared a photo of her car parked in front of a white building at twilight.

In 2018, Effie launched her eponymous fashion label, which offers custom-made garments.

She has gone on to dress the likes of Havana Brown, Delta Goodrem, Sharon Johal, Moana Hope and Carrie Bickmore. 

Effie specialises in tailored suits, and recently designed some of Kelly Rowland’s most popular looks on The Voice.

When asked about working with Kelly, she described the star as an ‘absolute dream’.

‘It was so surreal, she was just so graceful and kind. It was just such a cool, surreal moment,’ Effie told FEMAIL.

She explained that Kelly’s stylist had reached out to her to let her know the Destiny’s Child singer was interested in her work, and they soon began designing the outfits.
