Emma Roberts and her beau Garrett Hedlund welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Rhodes, on Sunday in Los Angeles, according to TMZ.
The 29-year-old former Nickelodeon star and her son, who weighs nine pounds, are reportedly doing well and ‘are doing great after the delivery.’
Roberts first announced her pregnancy on Instagram in August, showing off her baby bump in a white dress, with Hedlund, 36, to whom she was first romantically linked last March.

She also revealed the gender in the post, captioning their first family photos: ‘Me…and my two favorite guys.’
‘Emma and Garrett are getting more and more excited, which is so nice for them,’ a source told Us Weekly of the first-time parents’ eagerness to meet their little one.
‘Garrett is really looking forward to becoming a dad and feels as though this is something he needed. He is ready to take on all the daddy duties, and Emma getting pregnant has forced him to become more responsible. He thinks that’s a blessing.’
The actress has since made history, becoming the first pregnant Cosmopolitan cover star, posing in a stylish maternity shoot for the December/January issue.

She admitted in the interview that she always wanted to be a mother: ‘Ever since I was little, I wanted to have a baby, in theory.
‘When I was a kid, I begged my mom to have another baby. The day she brought my sister home from the hospital, I remember holding her, wanting to dress and play with her.’
Roberts also revealed that she had her eggs frozen, when she was diagnosed with endometriosis, after switching to a female doctor.
