Charli XCX cuts a casual figure in green tracksuit as she picks up food

She kept busy amid the coronavirus pandemic recording her latest album How I’m Feeling Now in a six week creative span earlier this year.

But Charli XCX took a break from her busy schedule as she and her boyfriend Huck Kwong treated themselves to food from Little Dom’s in Los Angeles on Monday.

The Break the Rules hitmaker, 28, cut a comfortable figure in baggy green tracksuit bottoms and a cropped white vest as she collected the takeaway food.

She completed her casual attire with an open checkered flannel shirt, simple white trainers and a stylish red neckerchief.

Charli bundled up from the chilly weather in a cozy brown teddy bear jacket and clutched her purse and car keys in her hand after leaving the Italian restaurant.

The singer made sure to keep herself protected amid the Covid-19 crisis by sporting a black face mask over her nose and mouth.

She let her natural beauty shine through as she opted to go make-up free for the outing, while she slicked her brunette tresses back into a tight bun.

Her errand run comes after it was revealed in October that she purchased fellow musician Calvin Harris’ Hollywood Hills home.

Although Charli secured the four bedroom, six bathroom house for $5.1 million, Calvin had originally listed the property for a staggering $5.5million.

Calvin, 36, first put the 6,000 square foot home on the market this summer after scooping it up from DJ Steve Angello back in 2017.

Luckily as a fellow music star, Charli will be able to get some mileage out of Calvin’s music room which comes compete with soundproof popcorn walling.

Aside from recently upsizing her life, the pop star is often busy doting on her longtime beau Huck Kwong.

On her boyfriend’s birthday on October 12, Charli uploaded a gushing post on her Instagram to commemorate the special day.

‘happy birthday i love u,’ wrote the songstress, followed by a slew of pink heart emojis.

Charli also included an array of smitten snaps of herself and Huck that were taken throughout the span of their love-filled relationship.

She also kept busy earlier this year recording and releasing her fourth studio album during a frenzied six-week creative process.

Ahead of the release of How I’m Feeling Now on May 15, Charli took to Instagram to give her 3.7 million followers some insight into the creation of the album.

‘I’m going to use this isolation time to make a brand new album from scratch,’ she said in a video posted back on April 6.

‘I’m only going to be able to use the tools I have at my fingertips to create all music, all artwork, all videos… everything—in that sense, it’ll be very DIY [do it yourself},’ she added.

The recording and title were directly inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.

It came less than a year after the release of her third album, Chali, that included tracks 1999 with Troye Sivan, Blame It on Your Love featuring Lizzo and Gone with Christine And The Queens.

In addition to her solo work, Charli XCX has co-written songs for other artists, including Iggy Azalea, Selena Gomez, Blondie, Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello.
