The Victorian hotel where Katy Perry stayed at before her bushfire relief concert is put on the market for $3.5million
Katy Perry was a guest there earlier in the year, and now the Villa Gusto Luxury Retreat has hit the market.
According to a report by the Herald Sun and realestate.com.au on Saturday, the Buckland hotel is now up for sale.
The 36-year-old pop star stayed at the exclusive Alpine retreat back in March, before her bushfire relief concert.

Owners Ben and Kirsten Edwards are asking for between $3million and $3.5million for the sprawling property.
Katy stayed at the property for one night, with Mr Edwards describing it as a memorable experience for himself and the staff.
‘Katy Perry came up with all her entourage and stayed here for the bushfire relief concert,’ he told the Herald Sun.

‘She got herself ready here and we really enjoyed hosting her, especially given all the wonderful things she did for the local community.’
The Daisies singer rented out the entire retreat ahead of her benefit concert, which was cut short because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Katy performed to a crowd of thousands in nearby Bright on March 11, before all subsequent performances were cancelled.

‘The press coverage for Katy Perry we could not have purchased – it was just enormous,’ Alpine shire mayor Peter Roper told The Guardian in April.
‘It was a really good, healing thing for the community to be able to take part in. I now know why she has got so many Instagram followers, she is really empathetic, a lovely person.
‘And then, well, you know what happened next.’
