Moana Hope and her wife Isabella Carlstrom share photos from their daughter Svea’s first Christmas

Moana Hope and her wife Isabella Carlstrom welcomed her first child – daughter Svea – in November. 

And on Friday, the couple enjoyed their first Christmas as a family of three, sharing sweet photos to Instagram. 

The former AFL star, 32, posed alongside her 28-year-old model wife, who held the couple’s daughter cradled in her arm. 

Isabella gave the athlete sweet peck on the cheek, with Moana absolutely beaming during the sweet moment. 

Another image from the day showed the wives side by side in matching outfits – bot wearing flowing white. 

Isabella opted for a loose and chic dress while Moana added a pair of dark blue jeans and sneakers. 

The football star added a caption which read: ‘Merry Christmas from mine to yours. Eat lots, love more.  #family #love #mine #christmas’. 

Moana and Isabella met at a party in 2017, and married two years later, in August 2019. 

In May this year, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together through IVF.   

On Tuesday, Isabella shared a beautiful moment of their newborn sleeping soundly on her chest. 

While Isabella did not caption her Instagram photo, the picture spoke a thousand words as she cradled Svea’s head with her hand. 

Showing off her gold diamond wedding ring, Isabella revealed her post-pregnancy glow makeup free and her hair was ruffled to the side.
