Bachelor in Paradise star Timm Hanly is fighting fit as he shows off his incredible body transformation
The Bachelorette’s Timm Hanly has shown off his incredible body transformation after just a one month at the gym.
The 28-year-old stripped down to just a tight pair of green underwear while showing off the results of the shred on Sunday.
Taking to Instagram, he first showed himself sporting a fuller figure while standing in the mirror of his bathroom.

Tim, however, then impressed his devoted fans as she showcased his shredded physique a month later.
‘One month of consistency,’ Timm wrote.
He didn’t appear to be endorsing any products with him just keen to show off his lean physique.

It comes after Tim had somewhat of an influencer faux pas this week, when he copied and pasted instructions from a brand to his post.
As spotted by Celeb Spellcheck, Timm didn’t just share the hashtags which advertised the vodka product.
‘Getting ready for an epic event happening this weekend!’ he wrote, before adding: ‘RD – play Lime Coridale [sic] over the video.’

Eagle-eyed fans were quick to comment on the error.
One said: ‘His literally copied and pasted what the manager would have sent him to do @eden_feb I just don’t understand how they f**k this up!’
‘BAHAHAHA another copy and paste,’ another wrote, while a third added: ‘F**k they can’t do even a simple f**king SPONSORED post!’
Timm is currently happily in a relationship with Briana De La Motte, after coming runner-up in Angie Kent’s season last year.
He originally had to keep his romance with girlfriend Briana under the radar during his stint on Bachelor In Paradise.
Due to his contractual obligations to Channel 10, he was not able to make his relationship public until the show had finishing airing on TV.

He dated Brittany Hockley on the Bachelor spin-off, and they left Fiji together just a few episodes in to explore their romance in the ‘real world’.
