David rested his head on his hands as he sat with the mohair and wool blend blanket draped over his shoulders.

The father-of-four paired the item with some grey trousers and ensured his beard and locks were impeccably groomed.

It comes after David shared a video of son Cruz, 15, mastering a Van Halen classic on the piano on Tuesday night.

David tagged family friend Sir Elton John in the post, telling the music legend to ‘watch out’ as his middle son has ‘learnt this in one day.’

The video showed Cruz, dressed in a Los Angeles Lakers hoodie and sporting bleached blonde hair with pink streaks, playing an impressive rendition of Van Halen’s Jump.

‘Watch out uncle Elton @cruzbeckham learnt this in one day practice makes perfect @eltonjohn’ the doting dad captioned the video, which showed the talented teen playing by ear, without music.

The post was met with a stream of likes and compliments including one comment from Cruz’s mum Victoria, who got distracted by something else new in the video.

‘So proud!!!! What happened to his hair???? love u Cruz!!! X’ the ex Spice Girl wrote.

Cruz noticed his mum’s comment on his coloured locks as over on his own Insta page, he shared a message on Stories insisting:’It’s just pink and yellow hair spray, it’s not permanent.’

Cruz seems to be following in his mum’s musical footsteps.  In 2016 he released his first single If Everyday Was Christmas.

And since then he has shared videos of himself singing on YouTube and Instagram.
