Troye Sivan’s Madame Tussauds wax sculpture unveiled in Sydney

Troye Sivan’s Madame Tussauds wax sculpture unveiled in Sydney and it’s a dead ringer for the singer – but one distinct detail is missing

Troye Sivan’s highly anticipated wax figure has finally made it’s debut at Madame Tussauds in Sydney.

On Saturday, the wax figure was unveiled in front of a crowd of 40 excited superfans.

While it was almost impossible to tell the wax figure apart from the 25-year-old singer, it was missing one noticeable thing – his mullet.

It’s here! Troye Sivan’s highly anticipated wax figure (pictured) has finally made it’s debut at Madame Tussauds in Sydney

Just this week, the Australian local left the wax figure looking out of date after he shocked fans with his new haircut.

Troye has shared several images flaunting his new mullet to social media in the past few days.

But the wax figure is much more clean shaven than the young crooner, sporting a much shorter hair cut.

The sculpture is sporting casual attire featuring a white T-shirt, jeans and a black cardigan.

Troye was fitted for the wax figure in February this year, with sculptors taking painstaking measurements of his body and features.

‘I’ve got an exciting announcement to make… I’m going to be a wax figure,’ he told his Instagram followers at the time.

The figure stands at 173 centimetres – Troye’s actual height – and is part of ‘Sydney Live’, a new ‘immersive space’ designed to make fans feel like they’re at a gig.

The waxwork also features an ‘interactive’ element, which ‘allows users to create their own personalised artwork’.

It’s the only wax figure of the My My My! singer anywhere in the world, and it will be exclusive to Madame Tussauds Sydney.
