Olivia Culpo wowed while posing in front of a lavish Christmas tree on Instagram Friday.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, 28, took the opportunity to dress up a bit, rocking a stunning black top which put her cleavage front and center.

Accentuating her long legs, Olivia slipped into a pair of high-rise, light-washed jeans and platform heels.

Christmas time is here! Olivia Culpo looked like a gift while posing in front of her Christmas tree on Instagram Friday

She went for full glam, honing her already high cheekbones with a generous amount of contour and framing her face with dark, dramatic brows.

Finishing the look, Culpo wore a chunky chain choker around her neck.

In one photo she struck a pose, putting her hands on her hips with sass. But another showed a more playful side of Olivia, who leaned onto one foot to pucker up to the camera.

‘Wore jeans + heels for an hour last night,’ the former beauty queen wrote in her caption. ‘Felt good but felt better when I took them off.’

While regular old jeans seemed like a simple task, Culpo revealed it was the first time she’d worn proper trousers since undergoing surgery for her endometriosis.

She shared a silly video of her stylist helping her into the denim via her Instagram Story, writing: ‘Ladies and gentlemen… the first time I’ve worn jeans since my surgery’ adding a generous amount of laughing and crying emojis.

Though Olivia looked like a 10, she seemed happy to slip into something more comfortable afterwards, following up her chic posts with a sweatpants selfie.

‘Let’s just say sweatpants are better post-op,’ she wrote on top of the snap.

Last month Olivia revealed that she had undergone surgery to deal with her severe endometriosis symptoms.

Taking to Instagram, she shared: ‘Yesterday I had surgery for my endometriosis.’

‘Not a very glamorous post but I felt like I needed to share this to create more awareness around this disease. Endometriosis is a condition where tissue from the uterine lining decides to grow in other random parts of your body, causing pain.’

‘This can interfere with fertility and overall health and honestly – happiness. To top things off it is excruciatingly painful but nearly impossible to see through an ultrasound (unless you have endometrioma/chocolate cysts on your ovaries- that’s what I had),’ Culpo went on. ‘I have been in agony for years around my period and I was misdiagnosed countless times by doctors.’

‘I know a lot of people out there in the Endo community are familiar with these diagnoses which is why I am so passionate about this. Painful periods are not normal!!!’

‘To anyone out there who has endometriosis, I understand the depression, and overall loneliness that can occur with a condition that is so painful yet so hard to be interpreted by other people outside of the body,’ she wrote. ‘It’s hard when chronic pain is not validated and you don’t get an answer or understanding.’

‘To my Endo warriors, I will continue to spread more awareness around endometriosis so that your symptoms can be validated. You are not alone and you are so strong !!!!’ she concluded.
