Tammy Hembrow regularly hits the gym to keep her famous figure in check. 

And on Wednesday, the 26-year-old left little to the imagination as she showcased her famous curves in skintight activewear during an intense ‘booty workout’.

Posting to Instagram, the fitness mogul flaunted her incredible six pack and pert derrière in a series of workout clips.

Lifting up her ample assets in the first clip, Tammy clenched her stomach showing off her washboard abs before she lay down and lifted the weighted bar with her feet.  

Next up, the blonde bombshell did a series of weighted step-ups, before falling into a gruelling set of weighted squats.

Tammy finished her set with weighted leg lifts, which she made look second nature.  

The successful entrepreneur dazzled in an all white-ensemble featuring leggings and a crop top from her own brand Saski Collection.

Her long locks were pulled back into a plait and she flaunted her natural beauty wearing simple makeup featuring mascara and a sweeping of blush.

‘Smith machine booty workout,’ Tammy captioned the post. 

Tammy has previously revealed she likes to workout at least three times a week.

During an appearance on Studio 10 last year, Tammy described the strenuous workout regimen that helps her achieve her famous derrière.

‘I do a lot of heavy weights. You’re not going to build any muscle if you are not doing leg weights. I see a lot of girls doing cardio and this and that, it is not going to build any muscle really,’ she said.

When asked how heavy she goes with her weighted squats, the blonde shocked the panel by saying she could easily perform 60kg.
