Grant Denyer and wife Chezzi share sonogram of child giving the couple the ‘middle finger salute’

Grant Denyer is weeks away from welcoming his third child with wife Chezzi.

And on Monday, the 43-year-old shared a throwback photo of a hilarious sonogram the couple had when expecting their first child.

‘This is a scan of Sailor at 12 weeks… giving us the middle finger. Salute!! Have never seen anything like it,’ wrote Grant, alongside the image taken on November 2, 2010.

In the picture, Sailor, who is now aged nine, appears to be raising her middle finger in Chezzi’s belly on

‘Hahahaa looks like something Scout would do not Sails… Best scan pic though,’ Chezzi, 40, commented under her husband’s post.

‘Remember how shocked the sonographer was when she saw it??’ she added.

Grant’s post follows the couple revealing they have been brainstorming baby name ideas for their third child. 

According to New Idea, Chezzi shared a list of unusual names taken from Tanya Hennessy’s new book on Instagram – and highlighted the names ‘Cricket’ and ‘Story’ as two she was a big fan of.

With the pair opting for ‘S’ monikers for their other two daughters – Sailor, nine, and Scout, five – it appears Story could be a major frontrunner for the duo’s new arrival. 

Days earlier, Chezzi gave fans on Instagram update on her pregnancy, by sharing a sweet ultrasound video of the unborn tot on Friday. 

Alongside the video, she wrote at length: ‘Eeeeekkk!! Bursting with excitement round here today. Got to see Denyer baby number 3 this afternoon. 

‘Bub is weighing approximately 1.56 kilos and is measuring a healthy bit bigger than weeks which is FABULOUS news to me considering I’ve been so sick.’
