Shannon brought her own tequila after learning it wouldn’t be served because it triggered Braunwyn, who recently revealed that she was an alcoholic.
She showed up to the reception and slurringly told Gina Kirschenheiter, 36, and Emily Simpson, 44, that she had to go to her room to ‘decompress’, but omitted that her decompression involved tequila consumption.
‘Shannon tonight, on a scale of one to drunk, is 20 sheets to the wind,’ Gina said in a confessional.
The vow renewal stirred up feelings for Shannon whose ex David Beador, 55, surprised her in 2016 with a vow renewal event.

Shannon’s daughter Stella, 15, after Braunwyn’s ceremony said it was ‘very different’ and added, ‘Their vow renewal was more fun’.
‘I don’t want to compare them. I don’t want to compare them. I don’t. But you have to understand, I had no idea I was having a surprise vow renewal. And then when I saw you guys up there, like …,’ Shannon said trailing off as she wiped away tears.
‘You know, it was different. I don’t think that they went through, like, a public affair either. I did. Do you get that, Stella?,’ Shannon said to her daughter.

After coming up drunk to Gina, who was abstaining from alcohol in support of Braunwan, and Emily, Shannon continued to deny Braunwyn’s claim that she called Gina’s small house ‘sad’.
‘I’m really just sick of hearing how sad and depresssing my house is,’ Gina said laughing in a confessional. ‘You know, just shut up already. My house is lovely’.

Shannon later left John behind as she bolted from her table and called out to Braunwyn’s daughter Rowan, 17, and son Jacob, 14.
She first asked how they were and told them they look great.
‘Okay, so I just have to tell you, my husband surprised me with a vow renewal, and it didn’t work out after that. But my children all said to me tonight that your vow renewal was upbeat and fun and good ‘And it was so different than yours, Mom.’ But then after our vow renewal, things, like, took a toll for the worse,’ Shannon told them.

So awkward: ‘Okay, so I just have to tell you, my husband surprised me with a vow renewal, and it didn’t work out after that,’ Shannon told Braunwyn’s teenage children
‘But for you guys, you guys were involved, and it was so upbeat and happy. You guys are blessed. And you guys have nothing but good things to look forward to,’ Shannon said emphatically raising her arms.
‘That was such awkward s***. She’s so f***ing drunk,’ Jacob told Rowan as they walked away.
On the bright side, Shannon also made up with Braunwyn.

‘I am here for you and I love you more than life. I really do, and I hope we’re good,’ Shannon told her.
‘We’re good, we’re good,’ Braunwyn agreed.
Shannon then admitted that she brought tequila and drank it in her room so she would not be ‘disrespectful’.
‘Shocking Shannon, I had no idea you’d been drinking,’ Braunwyn said in a confessional.

‘Are you drunk?,’ Kelly asked her.
‘No,’ Shannon said.
Good question: ‘Are you drunk?,’ Kelly asked Shannon
‘Yeah, you are,’ Kelly said.
Shannon then lied that she did not drink any of the tequila they bought ‘out of respect’ and tried to shame Kelly for showing her tequila to Braunwyn when she arrived.
‘I mean, what’s worse? Me carrying in a bottle of tequila into the lobby. Or sneaking it in? Or being flat-out wasted at a reception? Which one is worse?,’ Kelly asked in a confessional.
