Brie Larson shows off her superhero abs in black activewear as she sweats it out while dancing

Brie Larson is getting ready to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe with second turn as Captain Marvel.

And the Academy Award winner is giving a glimpse at how she gets into superhero shape ahead of the sequel, which is expected to premiere July 8, 2022.

She showed off her killer abs Thursday in black activewear, as she sweated it out while performing a choreographed dance to Metric’s 2010 track Black Sheep in a video on Instagram.

The 31-year-old captioned the video: ‘Black Sheep, but make it choreographed by @galenhooks.’

She glistened with sweat and put her rock-hard midriff on display in the cropped black tank top. 

Larson started with some hand choreography, before crawling on the ground and letting her hair down, finishing with some spins and jumps.

She performed Black Sheep back in 2010, when she played Envy Adams in the movie Scott Pilgrim vs the World.

Larson credited the movie as her most empowering project yet:  ‘It changed me on like a cellular level. I was not the same person that I was before. 

‘When you overcome something, you start to realize the unlimited potential we have, and that’s just been infectious to me.’

She added: ‘Since then, there has been this deeper understanding and knowing that I can do more, accomplish more, and be more confident with myself than I thought previously.’
