He has been building up stamina with his near-daily running regime. 

And Shia LaBeouf started his Wednesday morning off on the right foot, as he displayed his toned and slender frame in a white T-shirt and black leggings on his morning jog. 

The Honey Boy actor, 34, looked focused and calm as he ran through the streets of Los Angeles while continuing to sport a brace on his right arm from an undisclosed injury.

Shia protected his eyes from the morning sun with reflective running glasses. He completed his stylish sports outfit with black trainers and wireless earphones. 

The actor was first seen wearing the arm brace a few weeks ago, and has not publicly commented on the cause of his injury.   

Just last month, Shia was charged with misdemeanor battery and petty theft for his alleged involvement in an altercation with a man in June.

Prosecutors allege that the star fought with the man and took his hat, according to a criminal complaint obtained by The Associated Press.    

Neither party suffered any serious injuries and Shia has an arraignment hearing scheduled for November 19th.   

The cast on his arm, however, appears to be unrelated to the incident as he only started wearing it approximately one month ago.    

The writer has had several past run-ins with the law, including a 2017 arrest for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct in New York. He was subsequently sent to a court-ordered rehabilitation. 

The Los Angeles native began his acting career on the Disney Channel show, Even Stevens, where he gained a Daytime Emmy Award for his role as Louis Anthony Stevens.

He later moved on to film roles and became widely known with a series of blockbuster hits including Transformers, Disturbia, and Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull.  

In recent years, the Eagle Eye actor has made strides into writing, and has garnered critical acclaim with his 2019 semi-autobiographical film, Honey Boy.

The film depicts an allegorical version of the early days of Shia’s career and his relationship with his father, a Vietnam War veteran.
