She said: ‘I literally can’t cope with these stupid pens, right. I’ve just gone through six needles, six needles because I can’t get enough blood, to take my blood and I physically can’t cope anymore.

‘I’ve jabbed myself six times now. I know it’s not like a full-blown jab but oh my God, I just can’t get enough blood, I don’t know what to do.’

Wiping away tears, she continued: ‘I’ve wasted so many needles and stuff, oh God I hate this.’

The reality star then went off camera to try again, before then stating: ‘I physically give up. I’ve tried to do seven jabs and they’re not working.

‘It’s not f**king working. Oh God, I can’t even cope, my head is completely gone with this s**t!’

However, Charlotte later appeared in a somewhat better mood as she wrapped up warm in a faux fur coat and tracksuit bottoms and revealed she was ‘off to the shops’.

Insulin is a hormone made in the pancreas that helps with digestion and also aids the body in using glucose for energy.

Everyone with type 1 diabetes and some people with type 2 diabetes need to inject insulin to help manage their blood sugar levels.
