SAS Australia’s Ali Oetjen reveals she DIDN’T shower after getting covered in human waste while emptying out the communal toilet on the show

SAS Australia viewers were left repulsed when they watched the recruits get covered in human waste while emptying out the contents of a communal toilet on Monday’s episode of the show.

And on Wednesday, Ali Oetjen revealed she did not shower after the sewerage spilled on herself, Candice Warner, Firass Dirani and Shannan Ponton.

The 34-year-old reality star explained on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she and Candice Warner did not have protective gear, like gloves and face shields worn by Firass and Shannan, because they weren’t supposed to helping their fellow recruits.

‘I think we (she and Candice) weren’t meant to be helping as much as we were, but we did. I think we weren’t supposed to be as close to the sh**,’ she laughed.

When Kyle Sandilands asked what happened when the waste splashed back on their faces, the blonde beauty said all of it went ‘everywhere’.

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson followed up by asking if they were able to clean up after the waste spilled on them.

The former Bachelorette said: ‘No, not a cold shower or a hot shower.’

The radio queen, who was audibly in shock, asked again if they were able to shower, but the blonde bombshell reiterated: ‘Definitely not.’

‘We did have soap though, we could wash out hands,’ Ali laughed.

On Tuesday, Ali handed in her number and quit the show after suffering a panic attack before jumping out of a helicopter and into freezing cold water.

On the ground, she struggled to calm herself down, prompting chief instructor Ant Middleton to step in.

He assured her she’d done a great job to come this far, explaining ‘it takes a unique individual to do the job that we do. It’s just not for some people. There’s no shame in that.’

Taking heed of his words, they then shared a hug, before Ali turned over her armband, marking her departure.

‘I have achieved a sense of feeling so proud of myself, that I pushed myself to limits that I didn’t even know I had. It’s just taught me so much,’ the blonde beauty later said.
