Anastasia ‘Stassie’ Karanikolaou revealed she has broken her leg in four places.
The social media star, 23, took to Instagram on Monday to tell fans she had snapped her tibia bone in three places and her fibula in half in a mystery accident.
Spending time in bed with her leg elevated and in a cast, the best friend and confidante of Kylie Jenner looked upset as she wrote that she has ‘never been in more pain.’

Stassie appeared to have hurt herself during an outing over the weekend, though it’s unclear exactly when she sustained the injury as she partied with friends at multiple Halloween bashes.
Following the incident she told fans: ‘broke my foot in 2 different places last night and I’ve never been in more pain.’
And, giving more details, she said later on Monday: ‘i broke my tibia in 3 places and my fibula in half (sic).’
Despite her painful injury, Stassie continued to share promotional posts and urged her fans to buy the products she was advertising from home.

Stassie is currently at the epicentre of speculation she has wed her actor beau Noah Centineo.
The origin of the rumour comes from private celebrity Instagram account deauxmoi, who shared a screenshot of a direct message from someone claiming their friend is dating Noah’s sister.
They ‘confirmed that they did get married but that his family didn’t find out till later [sic].’
The Instagram site did note that is was unverified and not confirmed.
The rumours grew in September when Stassie was in Las Vegas rocking a ring on her wedding finger, further fanning speculation.

She posed up a storm in a black crop top with sweats and socks, but drew major attention with a sparkling ring on her wedding ring finger in one image.
The other two photos in the slideshows did not show her hands.
Stassie captioned the seated images with: ‘Fai and I had a full photo shoot in this room but these were the only 3 I didn’t look completely wasted in lol thank you @wynnlasvegas for such an amazing night! I can’t wait to come back @encorebeachclub.’
Fai is Kardashian/Jenner friend Fai Khadra; he’s often seen spending time with the family.

Noah, who starred in To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, caused a fan frenzy when he commented on a picture of Stassie in an oversized jacket.
The actor wrote: ‘Give me my damn jacket woman,’ to which she wrote: ‘What are u talking about it’s my jacket.’
His comments came just two months after he split with influencer and model Alexis Ren.
