Shayna Jack collapsed during a brutal game of murder ball on SAS Australia after she was tackled by former rugby player Nick ‘Honey Budger’ Cummins.
The 21-year-old addressed the incident, telling The Daily Telegraph her collapse was as intense as it looked on screen.
‘I just fell over like a tonne of bricks,’ the swimmer admitted to the paper on Monday.

Shayna went on to say that she feels the hefty footballer misjudged her weight when he went full throttle.
‘I just think he didn’t realise how light I was and how light on my feet I am,’ she added.
However despite the blow – which left her with a bruised rib – Shayna says she has no hard feelings towards Nick.

She insisted: ‘Badger and I are fine, we are good, he is a great guy.’
During the episode last month, the swimmer was fighting for control of a tyre when Nick was called into the game.

Shayna was heard groaning as she collapsed into the mud, as Nick continued to fight for the tyre.
Even as the game ended, Shayna was still seen lying on the ground, clutching her midsection in pain.
As they returned to the base camp later that night, an injured Shayna collapsed as she stepped out of the truck.

‘We need a doctor! We need a doctor! Urgent!’ the clearly concerned recruits were heard yelling, as Merrick Watts instructed Jackson Warne to find a medic.
‘She said she might have a broken rib, it feels like a broken rib,’ explained a solemn Nick.
After being inspected by the camp doctor, it was determined that Shayna had only bruised her rib.
