Alicia Keys sings and plays the piano while having her ENTIRE FACE covered

Alicia Keys put on a sultry display in an eye-catching sequin look while filming a video for the upcoming MTV Europe Music Award amid the COVID-19 lockdown.

As the 15-time Grammy winner performed a musical medley on the piano in Los Angeles, she wore a full-on bejeweled mask which covered her entire face.

Despite opting to keep her eyes, nose and mouth under a diamond-encrusted facial covering, she appeared unfazed.

She styled her glistening piece of PPE with a coordinating crop top and a brown leather jacket, which showcased her ample cleavage and lean midriff.

The star completed her outfit with a pair of high-waisted tan cargo pants and lace-up boots.

While it is unclear if she was just making a bold fashion statement or required to mask up for the performance, musicians, across the globe, have been finding ways to safely get back on stage amid the ongoing pandemic.

‘I don’t want to cover up anymore. Not my face, not my mind, not my soul, not my thoughts, not my dreams, not my struggles, not my emotional growth. Nothing,’ she explained in an revealing Lenny Letter of her choice.

On a Today show segment, she noted that she loves her lip gloss and eyeliner and isn’t anti-makeup, but doesn’t want to ‘feel beholden to have to do it.’

She and Carlile, 39, beautifully harmonized, as they lent their voices to a tune, which expressed the importance of voting.

Keys serenaded: ‘I have a voice / Started out a whisper / Turned into a scream / Made a beautiful noise / Shoulder to shoulder / Marching in the street

‘When you’re all alone / It’s a quiet breeze / But when you band together / It’s a choir of thunder and rain / Now we have a choice / ‘Cause I have a voice.’

She took to Instagram after the performance, posing with Carlile in front of the pianos, lit by a string of bulbs hanging across a dark set.

The Smokin’ Aces actress said in a statement: ‘This song has that special energy that we really need to feel right now. Everyone has the power to make beautiful noise and to lift others up with their voice.

‘Now more than ever, we need to let those voices be heard by voting. I’m so grateful to have joined my sister Brandi Carlile, a beautiful spirit, inspiring artist and incredible person, for this moment.’

She and Carlile were joined by Brandy Clark, Linda Perry, Lori McKenna, Ruby Amanfu, Hailey Whitters and Hillary Lindsey in writing the tune.

They’ve also launched a social media challenge, urging fans to use the hashtag #ABeautifulNoise, as they hit the polls.
