The Loose Women star, 62, took to Instagram on Friday to share the old picture as she opened up on maintaining her amazing two stone weight loss for seven years.
The snap saw Denise beaming as she perched on a sun lounger while showing off her stunning physique during a getaway to Barbados last Christmas.

The actress appeared confident as she modelled the swimwear which featured a cut-out detail at the front which flashed a glimpse of her cleavage.
While she drew emphasis to her slender pins as she stretched them out before her.
Captioning her throwback post, Denise once again shared her weight loss journey, with the star having previously put on weight after swapping alcohol for food.
Denise, who is eight years sober, told how she shed the pounds with Lighter Life and has since managed to maintain the weight loss.

She penned: ‘Barbados last Christmas!!! 7 yrs ago I had gained over 2stone as a result of giving up alcohol and swapped it for bad food!!
‘Addicts often replace one addiction for another. I felt unhealthy, bloated, breathless and my knees and back ached. I started @lighterlife and lost 2st in 2 mths. I’ve maintained ever since and it changed my relationship with food.’
She continued: ‘In these times when we don’t have much control over certain things, we can control what we eat and when we eat it. @lighterlife is having huge success with reversing type 2 diabetes and in helping people who are obese. I’ve seen lives change and therefore families lives change.

Denise’s sizzling post comes just days after she revealed she is joining the cast of Hollyoaks as Maxine Minniver’s mother Trish.
The star delightedly announced her exciting news during the Loose Women on Monday afternoon.
The former Coronation Street actress will join the Channel 4 show for one year, playing Nikki Sanderson’s on-screen mother Trish, a dance teacher with a ‘dark side’.
But all is not set to go smoothly as Trish will appear in Hollyoaks under the ominous shadow of boyfriend Brad, who takes a shine to her daughter Maxine.

The TV star, who is a long-time fan of the show, said: ‘I am thrilled to be joining the cast of Hollyoaks in this, their 25th year.

Denise is no stranger to soaps having starred in ITV rival Coronation Street as Natalie Barnes alongside Nikki, who played Candice Stowe.
The veteran actress has also worked with other Hollyoaks stars, including Waterloo Road co-star Chelsee Healey.

Fellow Loose Women panelist and Hollyoaks actress Kelle Bryan knew Denise had been cast on the soap and sent her a video message to say congratulations.
Denise joked that her other half Lincoln Townley might have to be a body double for her ‘hunky new lover’ in the show if there are any romantic scenes due to social distancing measures.
She continued: ‘I’ve got a hunky new lover.
‘Because of Covid restrictions, he’s probably very glad he doesn’t have to kiss me, but they’ve also mentioned there may be times that Lincoln might have to be a body double if there’s any jiggy jigs.’
Trish will first appear on screen in January 2021, much to the shock of Maxine, who has spent most of her time without any immediate family around her.
