She recently announced the happy news that she’s expecting her second child.
But former Married at First Sight star Tracey Jewel has admitted she’s struggling with her pregnancy.
On Thursday, the 37-year-old said she’s feeling ‘anxious and alone’ and suffering severe morning sickness for months.

Often vomiting on her drive to work, Tracey has been forced to wear seabands, a type of drug free relief from nausea.
‘This pregnancy at 37 is certainly different to my first at 26!’ Tracey said in an Instagram post.
‘Morning sickness has been all day sickness that kicked in from week six and into the second trimester (and still going!) and it’s been a rollercoaster ride.’

Tracey’s morning sickness has been so bad she’s been bed-ridden or on the couch most of the time.
‘My everyday symptoms are vomiting, nausea, loss of appetite, fatigue, anxiety, low energy and the list goes on,’ she explained.
‘I feel so blessed to be pregnant but at the same time I’ve been feeling anxious and alone.
‘I know many of us go through similar symptoms but seeing how glorified pregnancy can be on Instagram it has left me wondering am I the only person struggling?’
She finished with a sweet note to fans, saying: ‘If you’re struggling, just know you are not alone xx.’

She also shared a sweet sonogram image.
‘We’re having a baby! We are so happy to share our beautiful news with everyone,’ she captioned her post.
‘I have always believed in second chances and my second baby I’ve been waiting so long for,’ she added.
‘My daughter Grace is going to be an amazing big sister and I’m so so grateful to be experiencing pregnancy and motherhood again with my love Nate x.’
She also posted a picture of her ultrasound and a baby onesie which read: ‘Coming soon.’
The baby is Tracey and Nathan’s first child together. She shares her daughter Grace, nine, with her ex-husband, Jacob Anthonisz.
