He’s often caused controversy during his time in Cornwall.

But, Gordon Ramsay, 53, shared a sweet video of wife Tana, 46, carrying their windswept son Oscar, 15 months, on her back during a hike at Daymer Bay.

The professional chef took to Instagram on Saturday morning, where he uploaded footage of the trio enjoying family time together.

Family man: Gordon Ramsay, 53, shared a sweet video of wife Tana carrying their windswept son Oscar on her back during a hike at Daymer Bay

The father-of-five showed footage of the beach below them before turning the camera to capture his wife and their youngest child.

Gordon ruffled Oscar’s blonde locks which had fallen over his face into curtains, before parting them to show his cute face.

Meanwhile, on Saturday Gordon paid tribute to the staff of air ambulances who work tirelessly in Cornwall to help others, as he announced he and wife Tana are now ambassadors for the group.

The pair posed for snaps in front of the air ambulances and were also seen chatting with a critical care paramedic about the work they do.

‘I’ve always been in awe of the incredible work they do in #Cornwall to keep everyone safe. Keep up the great work guys Gx’

Gordon demolished an original five-bedroom property in Rock, Cornwall, which he bought for £4.4 million in 2015, to build two new properties on the site.

At the time, it was the second most expensive sale ever recorded in Cornwall and infuriated local residents.

The chef has faced complaints from locals for demolishing his 1920’s clifftop home, with neighbours accusing him of bringing ‘Legoland to Cornwall.’

Nearly 20 people wrote to Cornwall Council to complain that design would spoil the designated area of outstanding natural beauty and damage other residents’ view.

Councillors gave the application the thumbs up on the basis that other properties were not overlooked.

At the time, a spokesperson for Ramsay tried to diffuse the row saying: ‘Gordon, Tana and the family are very much looking forward to spending time in their new home in Cornwall.

‘They are committed to contributing to, and delighted to be investing in, the future of the Cornish community they will hopefully be a part of for many years.’
