Amelle explained how the ‘uncertainty and loneliness’ enforced by the lockdown, after her mother’s passing and the breakdown of her relationship, meant that she felt somewhat stripped of comfort and support.

Luckily, a couple of months ago, the singer began to care for herself once again: Doing her nails and responding to friends’ messages.

Amelle isn’t putting too much focus on getting into another romantic relationship, describing the prospect of dating as ‘exhausting.’

Looking to the future, the star revealed that she would be open to having another child, and has always wanted to adopt.
