Hilaria Baldwin admits she ‘eventually will stop’ having kids and talks of gratitude

She is about to welcome her fifth child in seven years with husband Alec Baldwin.

But Hilaria Baldwin refused to rule out more children when she spoke to PEOPLE about her big family and how blessed she feels to have so much love and excitement in her home.

‘The best thing about having a big family is there’s just so much love,’ the 36-year-old confessed.

And the Spanish born beauty insisted she has enough love to go round despite having her hands full with four young children.

‘They say when you have one kid, you’re like, “I could never love another person as much as I love this kid.” Then you have another one and you realize you can. And that doesn’t change as you have more and more and more.’

And while she loves having babies, the yoga instructor says ‘eventually [they] will stop’ growing their family but for now loves that a full house means ‘there’s always something exciting going on’ and ‘always people being able to play’ with each other.

Hilaria and Alec, 62, are parents to Carmen, six, Rafael, five, Leonardo, three, and Romeo, two.

Hilaria is weeks away from giving birth to her fifth child with Alec, who is also dad to 24-year-old Ireland, from his past marriage to Kim Basinger.

‘So it’s been really lovely and I feel very grateful. The gratitude is what is getting us through absolutely every single day. We’re so lucky in so many ways — number one, having our health, having our family, my family having their health.’

She continued, ‘And you really just [have to say], “Hey, we’re gonna hunker down and we’re gonna wait this out. We’re gonna give time for all the experts and scientists and doctors to figure out what our next move needs to be. And in that time, we need to be patient and together,”‘.

Meanwhile, a fan on Instagram asked Hilaria how she manages her large family while cleaning and cooking all on her own.

Hilaria clarified she has a large ‘community’ of support behind-the-scenes.

‘I have help!’ she explained in her comment section on Wednesday. ‘My family is so far so they can’t be here. We don’t share identities to protect their privacy and the safety of our children.’

She added: ‘I feel really lucky with my community of friends, godparents, nanny and honorary uncles and aunts who support me.’

As she praised her extra sets of hands, she continued to tell her fans she never wants it to seem she does ‘all of this with no support.’

Still, the mother-of-four says she doesn’t ‘have time off’ from her children, as they’re all in quarantine together.

‘No school…no activities…they are always with me,’ she noted of her kids.

In response to another comment, she explained having a ‘big sense of humor’ and a willingness to do house chores, which she says her 62-year-old husband doesn’t shy away from either, helps a lot.

Speaking of the 30 Rock star on her social media account, she said he was ‘passed out’ after tiring himself from ‘obsessing about the magic marker organizing and making sure they all have the proper color tops.’

‘I pick my battles more than he does,’ the former yoga instructor joked.

Her comments were all under an adorable snap of Alec holding one of their sons in a plastic container, as they splashed around the ocean.

‘When I met this man his life was dinners, hollywood, travel…now he carries our children around in the bay in their “boat” as they shout “faster!” and “go!” she cheekily captioned the sweet picture.
