Bachelor In Paradise’s Ciarran Stott is spotted working out in Melbourne

Shortly after announcing his upcoming charity fight against former Bachelor In Paradise co-star Matt Whyatt, Ciarran Stott was spotted working out in Melbourne.

The 26-year-old reality TV villain is evidently taking the upcoming boxing match seriously, putting himself through a gruelling workout on Monday.

Ciarran was joined on his workout by his rumoured new girlfriend, Kasey Bransgrove, with the pair spotted leaving his apartment together.

Running slightly ahead of Kasey, Ciarran appeared focused as he pounded the pavement amid Melbourne’s current stage four lockdown restrictions.

He stepped out in a pair of black exercise shorts, which he paired with a black T-shirt aptly written with ‘TEAM ZERAFA’, the name of Australian boxer Michael Zerafa.

A black baseball cap covered his recently cropped pink hair, and he wore black sneakers with black sports socks.

Meanwhile, Kasey trailed behind him in a pair of black exercise tights, which she teamed with a black and white sports bra.

She wore turquoise-coloured sneakers, and her long, light brown hair was tied up in a high ponytail.

Ciarran proceeded to pull out some shadowboxing moves, before the slightly red-faced reality star made his way down onto the sand.

After taking off his T-shirt, a barefoot Ciarran then performed a series of push-ups on the sand near the shoreline.

The Bachelorette alum then cooled off in the water, pulling out some more shadowboxing moves.

He then ran his hands through his bright pink hair as he emerged from the water, making his way back up the beach.

Ciarran then returned to Kasey, who had apparently been waiting patiently for him nearby.

Although they have since split, Ciarran was furious when his friend, Matt started dating his ex-girlfriend, Renee Barrett.

‘DATE TBC – But with that aside @mattwhyatt and I get to go toe to toe in the ring,’ Ciarran captioned a poster for the upcoming fight on Instagram.

‘It’s nothing personal. It’s me or you. And it’s definitely not going to be me. Not in front of all these people.
