And Claire Foy looked far from her royal alter-ego as she stepped out for a casual outing in London this week.
The actress, 36, nailed summer chic in a floaty red dress as she soaked up the sun while running errands in the capital.

The star appeared relaxed as she strolled around in her loose-fitting ensemble which featured a tiered design and spaghetti straps.
Claire added a pair of studded brown sandals to her look, while shielded her eyes with trendy brown sunglasses.
The TV star opted to to go make-up free for the outing, while she left her brunette tresses loose on her shoulders.

It appeared to busy day for Claire as she was laden down with several bags, while she also kept her white face mask at hand as she popped into shops.
The thespian then cooled things down as she was seen sipping on what appeared to be an iced coffee.
Claire’s outing comes after she recently revealed she’s turned her hand to life drawing during the health crisis, and has also been over-indulging on food.

Speaking to The Guardian, she said: ‘I’m looking at stuff on a tiny iPad. It’s just not the same. But there’s also been lots of eating crisps and pizza and drinking beer and essentially becoming a giant pig.’
The former Crown actress told how her five-year-old daughter, Ivy Rose, recently returned to school.
Claire admitted to being concerned about the prospect of her child growing up ‘in a world where everyone is wearing a face mask’.
She said: ‘She’s back at school. The most important thing for kids at this point is to have contact with other children.

The actress also told how she is concerned about what the theatre industry will look like in a post-lockdown world.
Claire said there is something ‘special’ about theatre and people learn about themselves and society by watching plays.
