Another former Ellen DeGeneres Show staffer has come forward and made shocking claims about the embattled TV host.
According to a former camera assistant on the show, who decided to remain anonymous, behind the scenes things are like ‘The Devil Wears Prada.’
Appearing on the Australian radio show Stav, Abby and Matt on B105 Brisbane on Thursday, the former staffer said they she never even met Ellen, 62, and wasn’t even ‘allowed in the same room as her.’

‘I worked there for a little over a year. It’s kind of like The Devil Wears Prada. Everyone is trying to make it to the year,’ they said.
‘It’s just a badge of honour to have that and have it on your resume.’
Talking about interactions with Ellen, they added: ‘I wasn’t even allowed in the same room as her.’

‘No you see her and you have to run. Sometimes her body guards come forward first and you kind of see them and you know to leave and that’s it,’ they said.
They even shockingly claimed that they went forward to management about experiencing ‘sexist behaviour’ in the workplace and was immediately brushed off.
‘I came forward to my manager and I told her about some sexist behavior I was experiencing and I was told that befriending that person would boost my status within the company.’
They added that at the show, there is a ‘culture of competition’ between employees.
‘You’re constantly reminded that as an employee, you’re so unimportant and the show is this towering behemoth the show will succeed with or without you.’

‘And you’re constantly told there is a line out the door for your job. And if you don’t like it here, you can leave. That’s the internal message.’
They added it’s unfair for celebrities like Katy Perry to publicly back Ellen, as they have no idea what it’s like to work on the show.
But it in an interesting twist, they said that they genuinely don’t believe that Ellen knows what is going on behind the scenes with staff.
‘I don’t think that Ellen knows what’s going on on the show at all. Ellen has no idea who most of the staff even are.’
It comes after Ellen’s wife, Portia de Rossi, said that Ellen will continue doing her show and is ‘doing great’ amid a career crisis scandal.

She told Page Six that Ellen will keep doing her show, and is holding up amid accusations her show’s work culture is rife with bullying, racism and sexual harassment, in addition to previous allegations about Ellen’s conduct toward people who are not rich and famous.
When the Australia-born beauty was asked by the outlet if DeGeneres would go on with her talk show, de Rossi said, ‘Yes, she is.’
Ellen’s wife of 12 years previously spoke in her defense via social media last month, posting a graphic on Instagram saying, ‘I stand by Ellen’ amid a litany of stories detailing bad behavior behind-the-scenes of her show.
It comes after multiple staffers stepped forward to accuse the 62-year-old host and her senior executives of perpetuating a ‘toxic work environment’.
The program’s parent company, WarnerMedia, has launched an investigation after a handful of employees went public with their grievances.
Last month, one current and ten former employees accused the three executive producers of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ed Glavin, Mary Connelly and Andy Lassner, of ‘bullying’.
