A look at Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall’s incredible transformation over the years

Model Jennifer Hawkins and builder husband Jake Wall are one of Australia’s most glamorous power couples. 

And it seems that the pair, who married in an intimate ceremony in Bali in 2013, have had quite the transformation over the years. 

The duo, who have just become first time parents to daughter Frankie Violet, look worlds away from when they first burst onto the scene as fresh-faced lovebirds.  

The entrepreneurs, who dated for eight years before getting married, look remarkably different from the days they would hit the red carpet at the start of Jennifer’s career. 

The former Newcastle Knights cheerleader won Miss Universe in 2004, that successfully put her on the world map. 

In older photos from the early 2000s, the pair look younger with Jen sporting thinner eyebrows and even dark hair at one point.

Even Jake, 37, has changed, these days sporting a more rugged and bulkier look. 

In 2018, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Randal Haworth offered his expert opinion on whether stunner Jennifer, now 36, has gone under the knife.

The CEO of DrHaworth.com told Daily Mail Australia at the time: ‘I often see pretty girls like Jennifer wanting to fine-tune their features to enter “supermodel” territory.’

According to Dr. Haworth, who has not treated Jennifer himself, the Australian model appears to have invested in some minor improvements to ‘improve facial balance as a whole’.

‘Most people would scratch their heads as to how a former Miss Universe could possibly improve upon her already idolised face,’ Dr. Haworth claimed of Jennifer’s apparent facial changes.

Dr. Haworth added: ‘Her new and more glamorous appearance has been helped by a rhinoplasty, or nose job, to refine and elevate her nasal tip while narrowing her asymmetrical nasal bones.’ 

Despite being a household name for more than 15 years, Jennifer does not appear to have aged a day and is arguably more beautiful now than she was in her early twenties.

Dr. Haworth believes the Myer ambassador has indulged in ‘fillers to her cheeks and other areas of her face’, as well as Botox.

‘I strongly suspect she also underwent lip augmentation for added sensuality and improved facial balance as a whole,’ he added. 

In 2010, Jennifer attributed her drastic change in appearance to healthy eating, exercise and makeup during an interview with The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

‘Women get better with age, because they are more confident with themselves. It’s all about makeup and health,’ she said at the time.

While old photos of Jennifer reveal a noticeably thinner pout and fuller face, she has previously brushed off surgery speculation. 

Jennifer once told The Australian Women’s Weekly that it’s the nature of the fashion industry to be accused of undergoing cosmetic surgery.

‘When someone says “under the knife” I don’t have a reaction,’ she told the magazine.

‘Everyone in the industry gets that. That’s fine. I’m cool with that. I’m cool with people having an opinion, but as I said, I am happy with who I am as a person and really just want to live my life.’

In 2016, the former Australia’s Next Top Model judge claimed it was a personal choice if people wanted to invest in plastic surgery.

She told The Daily Telegraph: ‘Each to their own!’

Meanwhile, Jen and Jake have made a number of changes in recent years. 

The pair welcomed their first child together, daughter Frankie Violet, in October last year.

Earlier this week, she shared several sweet photos to Instagram of herself with her daughter, and called Frankie her ‘little bestie’. 

Jennifer had expressed her desire to start a family in September 2018, following her departure from Myer after 12 years as the department store’s ambassador.

Speaking at her final runway show for the retailer, she said: ‘I’d love to have a family, it’s taking the time to look ahead. I want to have the time to be able to do that.’ 

Jen and Jake, who met at a nightclub in Newcastle when she was just 20, are also at the helm of a multi-million dollar real estate empire. 

They have just sold their stunning mansion in Sydney’s Newport for $20million.

Jennifer first entered the property market in 2006, two years after she was crowned Miss Universe.

The beauty forked out $469,000 for a double-storey house in Merewether, a suburb located in her home city of Newcastle.

Jen and Jake are also business entrepreneurs and own Sesión Tequila and their building company JGroup Projects, while Jen also has her tanning range, JBronze.
