An insider also told New Idea, the producers ‘orchestrated the swap to stir up drama on the show’.

‘The wives are racier than previous seasons on Nine [and] the irony is producers have taken a leaf out of Nine’s MAFS book and a wife swap is on the cards.’

During Sunday night’s episode, Madison MacKenzie quit the show only to make a dramatic return at the group dinner party.

Farmer Harry sat down to eat on the farm, he noticed Madison was missing, and the other girls told him she went to the bathroom and never came back out.

He then went to investigate and found a distraught Madison sitting on the end of her bed with her head in her hands.

Admitting Madison was ‘definitely someone that I could fall for’, Harry was left devastated when she told him she wanted to leave the show.

Later on at the group dinner party, Harry and the remaining girls were left shocked after being told Madison wanted to return to the farm.

Host Natalie Gruzlewski told Harry the decision was his, but Madison was waiting to talk to him about wanting to come back.

He agreed to let Madison come back, leaving the remaining three girls seething, and prompting a dramatic walk out by Ashleigh and Stacey, 28.
