Larsa Pippen gets six-figure PLT deal amid Kardashian crisis

Larsa Pippen has impressively landed a six-figure deal with fashion line PrettyLittleThing, a brand Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner once modeled for.

DailyMail.com has learned exclusively that the estranged wife of basketball great Scottie Pippen will be promoting the line’s bikinis, which she did on Instagram on Thursday, for the large sum.

This comes just after Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian unfollowed Pippen on Instagram amid the ongoing fallout from Kanye West’s Tuesday night Twitter meltdown.

Larsa, 46, looked thin and toned in the new image that was shared to her 1.9M Instagram followers. The star had on the multi tropical animal triangle top with matching briefs from PLT.

The pinup was seen leaning on a glass edge of a patio on a high-rise building near a Los Angeles beach.

‘Rest and relaxation,’ was all the single mother said in her caption.

PrettyLittleThing is a UK-based fashion retailer that was co-founded in 2012 by Umar Kamani and his brother Adam Kamani and is owned by Boohoo Group .

The company’s main headquarters are in Manchester, with offices in London and Los Angeles. The brand took off when Miley Cyrus and Nicki Minaj were seen in the clothes.

This comes after Larsa was drawn into the Kardashian family scandal. That also left her being unfollowed by the famous clan on social media.   

The dramatic unfollowing was seemingly prompted after the rapper, 43, cryptically Tweeted: ‘Larsa’ along with a thinking face emoji, followed by the question: ‘Should I name more?’.

A search of the reality TV sisters’ Instagram accounts shows neither of them – or sister Kim- follow the wife of NBA legend Scottie Pippen.

Larsa appeared to respond by unfollowing the famous sisters, including her BFF Kim, and the following morning appeared to address the rumours as she shared a post in which she revealed she was ‘praying that everybody finds peace’.

In fact the only member of the Kardashian Jenner family Larsa still follows Rob Kardashian (whose account is managed by Kris Jenner). 

A source close to the family told DailyMail.com that Kim ‘has never followed Larsa’ on the social media platform. ‘Kim doesn’t follow all of her friends,’ they added. 

A TMZ report on Thursday played down the drama saying Kim unfollowed every except her family and childhood friends late last year.

The source also noted that Khloe and Kourtney still follow Larsa on Twitter. 

Pippen seemed to address the drama on Twitter and Instagram on Wednesday, writing: ‘I Woke up this morning blessed and see that everybody is focused on who I am following and who I am not following on social media…

‘I am focused on my children, my new fitness brand Larsapippenfitness, and my relationships in real life. Praying that everybody finds peace in their own lives and focus on what brings THEM happiness.’  

The drama unfolded after Kim’s husband Kanye West’s scorched Earth tweetstorm on Tuesday night.

The rapper unloaded on everyone from his wife, mother-in-law Kris Jenner, rappers Meek Mill and Drake, and his wife’s BFF.

Kanye’s freewheeling tweets at one point referred to Pippen, along with a thinking face emoji, without explaining further but followed by the question: ‘Should I name more?’, before going on to mention Drake. 

West last night claimed he has been ‘trying to get divorced’ from Kim Kardashian since she met his fellow rapper Meek Mill at a hotel.

In his latest rambling Twitter outburst, West said Kim was ‘out of line’ to meet Meek Mill to talk about ‘prison reform’, and blasted her mother Kris Jenner as ‘Kris Jong-Un’ while accusing the pair of ‘white supremacy’.

West also repeated his claim that his wife and mother-in-law had ‘tried to fly in with two doctors’ to have him hospitalized amid concerns about his well-being after his bizarre entry into the 2020 presidential race.

‘Kris and Kim put out a statement without my approval… that’s not what a wife should do,’ Kanye said after reports that the Kardashians were infuriated by his latest antics. Source told TMZ Wednesday that the Kardashians ‘don’t know what to do’ as Kanye is ‘clearly not receptive to getting help’.

Kanye deleted his late-night tweets barely half an hour after posting them, except for a final post in which he signed them off as coming from ‘the future president’. 

The shock divorce claim comes after sources alleged that Kim and Kanye are already ‘living apart’ and have been ‘at each other’s throats’ with ‘daily bust-ups’ during lockdown.

Kim earned glowing praise from Meek Mill last year, when the rapper called her a ‘friend’ and hailed her for ‘doing a lot of good work’ on prison reform, but the nature of the alleged hotel meeting is not clear.

Meek and Kim both attended a Criminal Justice Reform Summit in Los Angeles in November 2018, but it was at the Jeremy Hotel rather than the Waldorf in Beverly Hills which Kanye appeared to be referring to.

West’s tweets said that ‘Meek is my man and was respectful… that’s my dog’, without elaborating further, before he veered off into his supposed $5billion wealth and a reference to Michael Jackson. 

One Twitter user had a theory about what Kanye’s cryptic tweet about Pippen meant however – and seemed to get confirmation from another person involved in the scandal.

‘Okay so the only thing I peeped from that man’s rant is that LARSA PIPPIN SLEPT WITH TRISTAN but didn’t get dragged like Jordyn did because HE kissed HER. You dust buckets kept your mouths closed and just unfollowed that white woman and LITERALLY tried to destroy Jordyn,’ tweeted KioshiWarrior on Wednesday.

The Tristan referred to is Tristan Thompson, with whom Jordyn had a physical interaction, leading to his breakup from baby mama Khloe Kardashian.

According to a screen grab posted on The Shade Room Jordyn liked the post, but now it appears the like was removed. 

Pippen was previously accused of having a fling with another Kardashian/Jenner ex, Ben Simmons, per TMZ.

But she denied the rumors last summer, using Instagram to write: ‘I never even saw him, let alone left with him. He dated my bff’s sister and I would never.’
