Krystal Forscutt shows off baby bump in a crop top as she completes a pregnancy workout

She will soon welcome her third child with husband, Neil Hipwell.

And on Thursday, former Big Brother star Krystal Forscutt showed off her burgeoning belly as she completed her morning workout.

Documenting her workout on her Instagram stories, Krystal explained her routine consisted of her doing 16 reps of each exercise.

Dressed in a teal crop top and black leggings, Krystal, 33, showed off her baby bump as she engaged in a series of gentle exercises including squats dumbbell lifts and stretches. 

The first exercise saw the former model holding a 8kg kettlebell while lunging, before she began to do some swings.

The next exercise saw Krystal doing squats, before doing over the shoulder exercises.

The final exercise had the reality star demonstrating her upper body strength while she completed standing rows with a 12kg kettlebell.

Speaking into the camera, Krystal explained: ‘We are back in the swing of things today after our big holiday.’

‘I am trying to get back into training and eating a little bit healthier,’ she continued.

Krystal and Neil live in Sydney’s Cronulla with their two children, Sunny, five, and Nakoda, one. 

Earlier this month Krystal told fans that she’ll only wants to have three children.

The former model said she wants her partner to get a vasectomy, because she ‘never wants to be pregnant again.’
